The "My Customers" section of Nitro-LM is where you will setup and manage each of your customers that purchase software from your Company. In Nitro-LM, your company will be configured as your Top-Level Customer. This is where purchased licenses will be placed by a Nitro-LM Administrator at Simplified Logic.
The Top-Level Customer Account will have a License Pool set up for your top level licenses. Your customers should be added beneath this Top-Level Customer Account. This results in a Customer Hierarchy from which it is very easy to move your licenses to/from Child Accounts as you require.
